White, flexible, open-mesh tulle consist of PET-endless filaments, completely covered with a hydrophobic, cohesive, elastomeric coating mass. Due to the dispersed hydrocolloid, which forms a gel in contact with exudates, the mass gets a slight hydrophilic character.
