The PE109 from refrigeration specialists Lec is a compact, countertop fridge ideal for use in patients own homes and smaller practices where space is at a premium. Despite its size, the PE109 includes a range of features found on larger fridges, including an external digital display, alarm and a lockable solid door.

The fridge can be used to complement a larger medical fridge by allowing pharmaceutical items to be kept close to where they are needed, for example in a treatment room.

• Operates at +6°C for optimum storage of temperature controlled drugs and vaccines
• Fan assisted - To aid the flow of cool air around the fridge, eliminating temperature variations to keep the contents at a consistent temperature. Also speeds up temperature recovery after door opening
