The GlucoRx Smart Meter is a dual-function blood glucose and ketone monitoring system, designed for everyday diabetes management with smart connectivity features. It combines accurate measurement, ease of use and modern data-transfer capability into a cost-effective meter. 

Key Features & Specifications

• Dual testing capability: Measures both blood glucose and ketones using the same meter—ideal for users managing both metrics. 

• Enzyme technology: Uses advanced GDH-FAD enzyme technology, which offers improved accuracy and reduced interference from certain sugars (e.g., maltose) and blood oxygen variations. 

• Low sample volume and rapid results: For glucose, 0.5 µL of blood required; result in around 5 seconds. For ketones, 1.0 µL and result in about 10 seconds. 

• Wide haematocrit range: Works reliably for haematocrit levels from 15–65 % (depending on glucose vs ketone mode) ensuring accurate readings in many patient conditions. 

• Large, back-lit LCD display: Easy to read in various lighting conditions; includes colour indicators for high/low/out-of-range results. 

• No coding required: Simplifies operation and reduces errors from mistyped code. 

• Meal markers & alternate-site testing: Includes before/after meal (AC/PC) markers and supports testing sites beyond the fingertip (e.g., palm, forearm) for discretion and comfort. 

• Memory and data logging: Stores up to 1,000 non-deletable results along with day averages, supporting trend review. 

• Alerts & alarms: Four programmable alarms (e.g., reminders to test) and a ketone warning alert when glucose is high. 

• Strip ejection system: Enables safe single-hand operation and hygienic disposal of used strips. 

• Bluetooth connectivity: Allows wireless data transfer to compatible smartphones via the GlucoRx Voyager app, facilitating remote monitoring and record-keeping.
