Tielle Lite has a film backing which is a barrier against physical bacteria and showerproof whilst still being vapour permeable. Its skin-friendly adhesive barrier helps provide pain free removal and repositioning. The hydropolymer foam is absorbent and provides a moist wound environment whilst the non-adherent wound contact layer stops the dressing sticking to the wound.
