Utilises Liqualock for a dressing which is designed not to leak.

Tielle's hydropolymer foam uses Liqualock technology which expands the foam to conform with the wound bed whilst promoting a moist wound healing environment. The non-woven wicking layer distributes the fluid across the dressing which maximises vapour transmission while the polyurethane foam backing provides a physical bacterial barrier. The dressing also has a skin -friendly adhesive border which helps provide pain-free removal.
