Tielle Plus features a polyurethane foam backing which is vapour permeable and shower proof whilst providing a physical barrier to bacteria. The skin-friendly adhesive border allows for pain free removal and repositioning. The hydropolymer foam expands and conforms to the wound bed and a super absorbent wicking layer can absorb 30x its own weight in fluid.
