The Accu-Chek Inform II test strips are for use with the Accu-Check Inform II and Accu-Chek Performa glucose meters. They are used to quantitatively measure glucose in fresh venous, arterial, neonatal and capillary whole blood from the finger.

• Store between 2-30°C
• Use test strips bewteen 8-44°C
• Use between 10-90% humidity
• Do not store in high heat ad moisture areas
• Store unused strips in the original container with the cap closed
• Close container immediately after removing a test strip
• Discard the test strips if they are past their use-by date
