The Pelican Proctoscope is specially designed for use during proctoscopy and features a crystal clear barrel with a smooth moulded introducer for gentle insertion into the rectum. It is recommended that PELIjelly Lubricant is used in conjunction with the device to minimise discomfort upon insertion. The Pelican Proctoscope incorporates a housing to allow connection to an external light source which is sealed to minimise the risk of cross-infection.
