Jaydess Levonorgestrel Intrauterine delivery system (IUS).

Jaydess® is a T-shaped intrauterine device made of soft, flexible plastic with a hormone capsule attached. The device, measuring 30 mm in length, is placed within the uterus using an inserter and provides contraceptive protection for a duration of up to 3 years.

Features

• The product has a white or light yellow drug centre and is covered with a partly see-through membrane. The drug centre is attached to the vertical stem of a T-shaped body. Moreover, the upright shaft features a silver ring positioned near the horizontal branches.
• The T-shaped white body has a loop at one end of the vertical shaft and two horizontal branches at the opposite end. Removal threads of a brown hue are connected to the loop.
• The vertical shaft of the IUS is placed in the insertion tube at the inserter's tip. The IUS and inserter are essentially devoid of visible contaminants.

Packaging and Contents:

• Each product is individually sealed in a heat-formed blister pack (PETG) with a peel-off top (PE).
• Package sizes: Single pack and pack of five.
