Calibration and Repair Centre

In addition to our on-site Test & Calibration Service, Williams Medical Supplies offer a full return-to-base Repair and Service facility.

We can repair, calibrate and service your medical equipment at our comprehensively equipped workshops. To minimise downtime at your practice, we can even send out a loan unit for use while yours is with us for repair.

    • To ensure a hassle-free service, we will:

  • Arrange collection of the equipment from your premises
  • Work on the equipment at our fully-equipped head-office workshop
  • Return your passed equipment along with all test certificates

    • We aim to return your medical equipment within five days of receipt, although some repairs can take up to 30 days.
